Practicing my icing skills from the cupcake class. Chocolate chiffon cake with spicy (hot) mexican chocolate icing or banana icing. These were a success, in my humble opinion. Luckily others came over to help eat them so Craig and I didn't consume them all.

These look fantastic! You sure didn't cook like this when I lived with you.
Learning to make this icing was wonderful and terrible at the same time. Wonderful for my tastebuds, terrible for my waistline.
Alyssa, we would both be on the biggest looser right now if I had known how to make these back then.
